​What is a Preorder sale and How does it work?​

A preorder sale is where we launch our new product lines exclusively on our site before inventory hits our shelves. This allow you to shop our new selection before they are sold out. Preorders take approximately 3-4 days after the closing of the preorder sale to arrive to our location. We then immediately ship out orders the same day we receive our inventory. All preorders above $25 have free shipping!

Payment & Shipping

We accept all major credit cards. For premade designs, checkout using our online store. If you are purchasing a custom product, you will receive an invoice, or a payment link will be emailed to you. Production on custom orders will not start until full payment is received.

Please allow 1-2 business days for production, as all products are made upon receiving the order form. Shipping varies from 1-7 business days depending on the customer's location. You may upgrade your shipping for faster shipping times. 

  

Returns & Refunds

Returns on premade designs are allowed for up to 14 days after the ship date. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We will be able to resolve the issue promptly. Full refunds will be processed for premade products you do not wish to exchange, only upon receiving the returned product.

No returns are allowed for custom products. Due to the customization of the product, we are unable to resell those t-shirts and hope you understand.
